Nerds unite.

We sit around on our asses all day, stuff our faces and watch the tube for hours on end. And people in the middle east are the ones who need help? We as people need to wake up; we're depending on the government to tell us how safe we are, and yet at the same time they take our decsions and guns away from us?? We are about to be made slaves out of by the people we put into power. Just a second ago I recieved a call advertising a pro-choice march in DC; when did we go from shouting out our rights to having to go down a list in the directory looking for support? I want my own defense, my own opinion, my own descions, my own BASIC RIGHTS. Don't you?

Otherwise we are going to get our asses blown to the moon. I can feel it coming. We brag that we are so safe, that we are so righteous that we can help other nations in need. And what of the people in THIS country that need help? We are spending all our money on anti-smoking ads rather than helping those dying of starvation. Go ahead and smoke your fucking cigarettes, we are dying because we are fat. How sad is that? The rich are dying cause they are too fat... the poor because they are starving.

Not only that, but we are automatically labeling all teenagers nut cases. The "in" thing to do these days is to just give them drugs. Have you seen the Zoloft commercial? "While the cause is UNKNOWN, it MAY be because of a nerve imbalance in the brain". We don't even know why. SO let's all give our kids drugs because we don't want to get off the fucking couch to try to talk to them. Teenagers are supposed to be depressed, it's that time that they really find out who they are. They're experiencing dating for the first time, their hormones are raging, they're having to actually work in school. Psychotropic drugs only suppress emotion that our kids are trying to find ways to express. Kids who use them easily get addicted (yes, they do, I see it all the time). When those kids kick the habit that's when they go nuts; all the emotion that they have bottled up for so long explodes. That's when most kids kill themselves.

We need change.
